Thursday the 7th

• ive been meaning to blog for a couple of days but i couldnt remember my bloody password - again i had to rely on my wife to help me out with that one - thank you very much - my multitude of readers appreciate it as well
• tuesday of this week was a BIG day for us because it was our eighth anniversary- 8 years of wedded bliss to my wife - we ate dinner at cheesecake factory and are going to a big concert event this weekend as well in celebration - good times indeed
• monday was a sad day around the office for us old timers at least because one of the former employees/retiree from that office died - i think it was due to a sudden massive heart attack - like we have heard we never know how many days we have - we are not promised tomorrow
• the funeral services were a 1/2 mass because she was catholic - i didnt understand it all but certainly wanted to pay my last respects to her and her family and friends
• this morning was the second day in a row that i overslept for work in the morning - wednesday i overslept by 30 minutes which is totally unusual for me and even worse this morning by 40 minutes - i dont know what my problem is
• i am happy to report that i am borrowing two hiking backpacks from a coworker - me and chickenwing are gonna go hiking sometime soon i think....then im gonna have to cough up around 150 dollars or so for my own hiking backpack - talk about sucks....oh well it will be fun and will certainly last a good long time - help me get some exercise as well....a good deal all over i suppose....
