weekend wrap up

• its a new month now (actually it started yesterday) and thats always a good thing
• busy weekend but alot of fun as well
• our whole family along with a few friends went to Medieval Times on Saturday nite, that was a pretty cool experience. They had a live falcon which did some free flying around the arena. Several horses and jousting along with weapon fighting. Turns out our knight, the yellow knight won the battle that nite. GO YELLOW!!!!
• I cut the grass this weekend, I will likely raise the mower up a notch the next time I cut it b/c its starting to get a little brown when cut at this height.
• we got a little bit of rain over the weekend, of course the drought marches on around here
• Looks like our church is soon going to start at the second location somewhere really near our area of town. I reckon at the moment though that we will continue to do the 9 o'clock service up at the theatre
• speaking of theatres we took JCO to see speed racer yesterday - do not waste your time or money on this one - dont even bother once its out on video for rental - I woulda had a better time watching some paint dry I think than sitting through that film. A little strange on top of all of that. Enough of that for now.
• Im now parking across the street here, because the parking location I was using is now closed down and we are all parking across the street at what they call the TownPark location. I think I am going to walk to my car in the afternoon when the day is over because the shuttle makes so many stops between here and there I can likely beat it simply by walking over, Im sure the exercise aint gonna hurt me any either.
