fathers day weekend recap....

• a really fun weekend all things considered
• I got off work at noon on Friday (thats always sweet) and did a good amount of chilling out basically
• Saturday spent some time getting ready for the big Saturday nite party that was scheduled to happen
• Party arrived and we had a really good time, I crashed early because I had to get up early on Sunday morning to help setup at church
• Got up early Sunday and I cannot remember the last time I was so hot - Praise the Lord I had a tshirt on underneath my golf shirt - I was soaking wet with sweat - HOT
• the dumb battery on the van was dead so we were unable to drive it to the side of the theatre and therefore had to push all the carts on the back sidewalk and through all the theatres - much more legwork this way and much hotter as well - serving for the Lord though - so its worth it
• We had to head home after church to prepare for Fathers Day at Jennifers parents house
• was there for a while yesterday and had a good time while there
• upon returning home things changed - Jennifer felt terrible out of nowhere it seemed
• after speaking with an advice nurse they felt that she had a case of vertigo - I went and got her some dramamine and when she fell asleep she did not move all nite long - talk about a deep sleep
• I actually slept well also last nite - what a change of pace that is for me
• I havent talked to her yet today but I pray and hope that she is back to normal, bare minimum I hope she is at least at 90% of normal with only residual effects remaining.
• Got some awesome oil changing ramps from the kiddos for Fathers Day
• Jennifer is going to get me a boot tree as well - anybody know what one of those is???
• My brother called me yesterday on my cell - that was awesome - I hope we will be able to see him at the beach vacation next month somehow - with current gas prices it might be a problem though - hoping for the best though
